Today we’re unboxing the Sennheisser MKE 600.
I’m looking for a diverse mic that can be used both in the studio and in the field.
First, we’ll unbox and then do a series of tests using this mic against a show down of voice microphones both in the studio and outside to see how it would perform in noisy environments.
In the box, of course we have the mic itself, this comes with an and off switch as well as a low cut filter switch.
Then we have a windscreen to give us a cleaner sound outdoors.
A hotshoe mount, which I will not be using, I will be using a shotgun holder.
And finally an XLR to 3/4 inch jack, again I won’t be using this as I use XLR to XLR only.
The mic itself is quite beautiful, let’s take a moment to appreciate its design.
I will be testing the MKE 600 both in the studio and in the field against a range of microphones.
The top contenders will be: The Sony UWP cavalier mic, The SM 27, The Rode NTG2, The sennheisser 416.

sad sad sad
Thank you so much for this documentry ❤❤
Muslims destroyed one of the oldest Bhuddhist statues and faiths, so they destroy themselves in ever crushing dazed loss
wow I can kind of understand them, they are speaking a devloped Sanskrit tougue, something like old Tibetan and Hinduism.
Great to see this part of the world. As an independent artist I appreciate how much work goes into a film like this. Simultaneously I am absolutely stunned at going to a village and only interviewing men! Like honestly, embarrassed. It gives a very two dimensional feel to the movie and sad you didn't think it was relevant to a dying culture in which a record of feminine experience is so precious and undocumented.

Wow i just Love it 🎉🎉❤❤
Someone needs to buy them a big freaking gate. Walls around monasteries are not their to keep them in, they are to keep us out.
Beautful film BUT PLEASE REMOVE THE CREDITS at the end of the film which COVER these peooles beautiful FACES!! Put the CREDITS AFTER the footage of these beautiful people! PLEASE RESPECT THEM by showikg them fully and NOT covering their faces with your names and credits!!! PLEASE!! 😢😢😢😢😢

Buddhism will never disappear. It is in all our hearts naturally. Buddha just showed us how to discover it, how to nurture it, and carry our unconditional love out into the world. It will preserve itself. In that, I believe with all my heart! AHO!
Buddhism is was brought to us by our awakend, same like science and math. before Isaac newten, before rome, before, anything there was faith of all humans and it will last,
❤be here now do no harm help others be still close eyes listen to your breathing. repeat OM MANI PEME HUNG.
Wow! I could just spend 1 hr with them. I can’t stand the way their live isolating
well I guess it's not hidden any longer...
Zanksar resembles Shangri La from the novel Lost Horizon.
These documentaries at least will give us a glimpse back to the times just before major changes take place to an ancient way of life. I’m so grateful, if only through UA-cam, to get a sliver of what their life is like.
Let them decide, don't try to force them to stay in the past for the sake of preserving the past.
i think you don't want people watching this video outside India to know this is in India as India is not mentioned anywhere in video nor in title /thumbnail or hashtags. We where the one who preserved tibetains and give them this wonderful life. Our Indian culture was destroyed by your fellow british and BBC also now you want to preserve this culture infact we preserved this buddhist culture and ours also from you all. So please dont show off in your video that you are helping to preserve their culture by showing to world.

Thankyou so much for this. If only we could protect and respect these lives in the way we should, without CCP
I would love to make metal pieces like that. They are extremely well made. I am amazed none of the younger people are interested in metalsmithing. I can't wait to go to Tibet someday. I am a little worried about the Chinese trying to mess with me or something when I go but I won't let fear keep me from living my life. I don't know where I will go, but I'd love to find somewhere like this to visit and experience their true culture. I hear they have amazing horse races in Tibet, and I cannot wait to try the Tsampa bread and Yak Milk! Thanks for the documentary and remember to pray for all sentient beings to be free from suffering and may everyone bee joyous and free!
Thank You for this extraordinary documentary. It made me cry. I Shows how Special we humans are and that it is important for all of us to be aware how we are in charge of saving our soft and calm places.❤
in 1989 I walked from Padum to Lamayuru. The most magical days of my life, the pinnacle being in the Shrine room at Lingshet Gompa during a Puja. Now there is a road. Its a great loss . So so sad.
A thousand years without Christ? How tragic!
<3
The road will progress for them
What a beautiful documentary. Thank you.
With all due respect to the film makers, do you really think a country would make roads through inaccessible regions when there is a greater need to build roads in cities or towns, it's because of China's aggression that India is forced to build roads to protect itself, which you have never mentioned in your whole documentary, that you being bbc which is communist leaned, would never say any bad things about another communist country. Please contradict me in this matter and I would love to reply you back
I don’t think the road will make a difference in the disappearance of his metalworking craft, since he hasn’t found anyone willing to learn or continue it anyway… The road may actually be beneficial to these places in bringing interested students to him.
I don’t really understand this ‘road = bad’ angle… They really think thousands of tourists will suddenly appear in an already remote part of tibet, let alone the world? I don’t think this place will be overrun by huge crowds. The bbc just used that road to add some conflict and a sense of urgency to an otherwise very quiet place.
Besides, any possible people that would arrive would only know of that very remote place because of THEIR two documentaries…
I am a graduate of several Berkeley Psychic Institutes programs. I spent about $20000 over the years. Since April 2022, unwillingly I got on a mental torturing system while unconscious, I paid extra $1000 to Renaau Brewster as they requested over the phone. This system has been creating weird images n voices in my space except when I'm asleep. It's very dangerous as I involuntary dropping stuff in the kitchen n I was pushed by invisible hands while walking in public. They told me I should vent online on a regular basis, I was told at times the system is a Russian or CIA spy training system that mostly protects only white and married graduates, as the Russian system dislikes unmarried minorities, especially single male Buddhist !! One of the evidence is that the main Berkeley Psychic Institute building sold to a Tibetan community!
The new Orientalism...
I was in Chilling (and all Ladakh) 3 times. My one of the article (with my photos) in a Hungarian scientifci magazine: epa.oszk.hu/02900/02930/00123/pdf/EPA02930_elet_es_tudomany_2015_23.pdf - title page and 6-9 page.
You can only do what you can do. That’s a good thing.
Wow...I am struck by the pure and unbridled freedom in which they speak, express and project their emotions. So infectious and a joy to see people radiating true joy and happiness fully in their beings...something which we have lost in this modern world, or that seems 'special' when in fact it is an essential and core function of us aa human beings. The most poignant thing for me that was said, shows clarity of observance and is a summary of our modern world - 'People's minds have become restless. Since they have money, they spend sleepless nights thinking about what to buy. Though we don't have money, we sleep in peace. Our minds are relaxed.' The irony is that that is exactly what we are all ultimately seeking in our daily modern lives...but the reality is that it is unavailable as the system is designed at it's core to take us the other way or it will not function. If we do not actively preserve and honour the true learnings and real, meaningful achievements of past humanity, then we will forever be lost, and led into madness...as we are all being now.
Humanity and spirituality evolve with time. I am happy to see the purity of hearts and mind, yes sad to see the new roads will redone their traditions. Real stillness is stillness in chaos. Hence, with the roots of spirituality enhanced in the souls of these people, they will carry with them this untainted soul to their next incarnation and continue to grow and elevate in a diffferent way. Ultimnately, they will find the ultimate salvation, transcendence and attainment of their souls. Buddha will be always with them, guiding them in different ways and at different times.
What do these men know of life's unfairness????
Thank you.
Alone in a cave, between millions in a city - . I pray locals as foreigner will recognize the worth of that community and place, uniquely and by principle. May we all be governed by the Heart.
I truly enjoyed this. I feel a slight guilt knowing i appreciate the road, because it's the only way I can travel there. Peace and love ❤️
Thanks for posting this 👌👍💯🎄❤️
Watching this on a lonely Christmas Eve. It’s definitely putting things in perspective. I’m so glad to see❤ it.
You can't step in the same ricer twice isn't a Buddhist saying, it's a quote by Heraclitus.
This genuine affection and love towards you priceless u will cherish all your life. Great video.❤
